Due to our unique ability to not only test your visual acuity and visual fields etc, we can also provide special narrow band filters that endorse visual acuity and greatly improve your visual field, balance and awareness. This is carried out through our “ORTHOSCOPICS” assessment.Contact lenses generally are obviously a superb solution to create maximum visual field and vision correction – but this now has been taken to a new level for sports use with NIKE teaming up with BAUSCH & LOMB to provide MAXSIGHT tinted contact lenses. There are two colours currently available. One is for ball sports, such as, Football, Rugby and Tennis, and the other for Golf and running. These are for outside use only and you can have a free trial at any time at our practice. (This applies to all forms of contact lens fitting also).
